Cozy dwelling houses for hundreds of families peculiar to regional characteristics were built in sunny places. Fruit trees and other trees of good species were planted to add beauty to villages and houses.

Present at the ceremony of moving into new houses held at the Sinhwanpho Farm were Pak Thae Dok, chief secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials, builders and agricultural workers who were to move into the new houses in the county.

Jo Song Ho, vice-chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, made a congratulatory address.

Licenses for the use of houses were handed over and speeches were made.

A congratulatory performance was given by the county mobile artistic motivation team with a cheerful dancing party.
