Its workers have boosted the production 1.5 times as against the same period of last year, by dint of science and technology.

The plant reinforced the April 15 technical innovation shock brigade with young and able technicians and skilled workers and put efforts into ensuring the workers' study of science and technology to establish a well-regulated system for solving technical problems by its own efforts.

Technicians and workers at the plant pooled their creative wisdom to design new molds of castings and manufacture jigs on a high technical level.

The plant is now pushing ahead with the work to improve the technical performance of accessories of new-type tractors and produce them in a serial way on a high quality level.
