The Central Industrial Art Bureau has urged the industrial art officials and creators in local areas to produce designs of factories reflecting the regional characteristics and geographical features.

Industrial art creators in South Phyongan, South Hwanghae, Kangwon and other provinces have been active at construction sites to hear the opinions of officials and improve the level of industrial art designs.

Involved in the project are also the Korean Industrial Art Studio, Pyongyang University of Fine Arts, Pyongyang University of Publication and Printing, Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry and other units.
