The library has all conditions for IT service, symposium, dissemination and various kinds of exhibitions.

It will serve as a central information database and dissemination base for equipping the working people and youth and students in the province with modern science and technology.

Its inauguration ceremony took place on June 13.

Present there were Jon Yong Jae, secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders, youth and students and employees of the library.

Kim Yong Chun, chairman of the Jagang Provincial People's Committee, made an inaugural address to be followed by speeches.
