Order of DPRK Friendship Conferred

| Pyongyang, June 18 (KCNA) -- Order of the DPRK Friendship 2nd Class was conferred on Mario Bogdanov, vice-president of the International Taekwon-Do Federation, and Michael Prewett, president of the European Taekwon-Do Federation. They have contributed to the development of orthodox Taekwon-Do and its worldwide dissemination. An awarding ceremony took place at the Mansudae Assembly Hall here on Monday. Present there were Kang Yun Sok, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Kim Myong Gun, chairman of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee, officials concerned, Ri Yong Son, president of the ITF, and other executive members of the ITF. |
