At the meeting, speakers denounced the brutal atrocities committed by the aggressors during the Fatherland Liberation War, and expressed their determination to conclude the decades-long showdown with the U.S.-led imperialists by giving vent to their hatred at the U.S. imperialists and will to annihilate them.

The U.S. imperialist murderers had been hell-bent on human killing since they invaded the inviolable territory of the DPRK, they said, adding that they would make the U.S. imperialists pay dearly for the blood shed by our people with the pent-up fury against them.

They stressed that the U.S. imperialists and the ROK puppets, who are staging ceaseless war drills against the DPRK even at this moment, watching for an opportunity of aggression, are the arch enemy with whom we must settle accounts without fail.

The venue for the oratorical meeting resounded with the participants' chanting of slogans calling for mercilessly punishing the hostile forces, including the U.S. imperialists, and the ROK puppets, the sworn enemy of the Korean people and disturber of peace and security.
