There are works that indicate the ways for turning the entire army into the ranks of human bullets and bombs ready to defend the leader unto death, including the issues of making the People's Army intensely loyal to the leadership of the Supreme Commander, conducting vigorous combat and political training, tightening the military discipline and improving the material life of servicepersons.

"The Youth Hero Motorway Is a Great Creation Produced by Our Party’s Idea of Valuing the Youth" and other works stress the need for the young people to prepare themselves as reliable successors to the revolutionary cause of Juche who will go along the same road with the WPK forever, cherishing its trust and love in their mind.

Some of those works deal with measures for revitalizing the country's economy, including the adherence to the socialist principle in economic management, the policy-oriented tasks facing the agricultural sector and the principled matters arising in the artistic creation of art troupes.

The book also carries works giving perfect answers to the theoretical and practical issues arising in all fields of the revolution and construction such as the issue of automating small- and medium-sized power stations and keeping the order of electricity usage well, the issue of developing and producing more highly effective medicines of Korean style and the issue of paying deep attention to the living of students.
