The contest was attended by plasterers selected from ministries, national agencies and provincial people's committees. It decided contesters’ standings by judging their understanding of basic theories and preparation of tools and evaluating the quality and quantity of their work done at a fixed time.

The participants fully displayed the technical skills they had trained at the grand socialist construction sites and the collectivist spirit of helping and leading each other forward, and correctly ensured the quality indices at the designated area.

Trophies, medals and diplomas were awarded to the excellent skilled workers.
