Present there were families of those related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and the ambassador and officials and the DPRK embassy.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

Speeches were made at the seminar.

The families of Zhang Wei-hua, Zhou Baozhong, Feng Zhongyun and Li Zade said that they can never forget the warm loving care shown by tender-hearted President Kim Il Sung for them, adding that to recollect his great exploits is for carrying forward the revolutionary cause pioneered by him and for making the coming generations develop the precious heritages left by predecessors.

They praised President Kim Il Sung as a national hero who defeated the Japanese aggressors and the U.S. imperialists and brought freedom and liberation to the Korean people, an outstanding leader who guided the people to the building of an ideal society, and the benevolent father who devoted his all to the people, regarding it as his motto to believe in the people as in Heaven all his life.

They noted that the DPRK is thriving day by day under the tested guidance of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by Comrade Kim Jong Un and the socialist construction is progressing at a very fast speed, making remarkable successes that merits attention of the world people.

They expressed belief that the DPRK people would register bigger successes in socialist construction thanks to the wise guidance of Comrade Kim Jong Un creditably carrying forward the revolutionary cause of Comrade Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il.
