Officials of the city people's committee and the city agricultural management committee and primary officials of the working people's organizations decided to work at raw materials bases.

Many housewives in the city advanced into an Evodia daniellii Benn forests station and more than one hundred women's union members and other citizens to raw materials bases for foodstuff factory and other regional-industry factories.

A meeting took place on Wednesday to congratulate the volunteers.

Present there were Han Kum Chol, chief secretary of the Phyongsong City Committee of the WPK, officials concerned and working people in the city. Red flags were awarded to the volunteers and a congratulatory performance was given.

At the end of the meeting, citizens saw off the volunteers leaving for their posts.
