Upon authorization of the president of the State Affairs of the DPRK, Choe Ryong Hae, first vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, received the credentials from Nicaraguan Ambassador to the DPRK Manuel Modesto Munguia Martinez at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Thursday.

He had a friendly talk with the ambassador.

Present there were Vice Foreign Minister Ra Yun Bak and officials concerned.
